International Training and Consultancy
No two international projects are the same. Every country, organisation and environment presents its own unique challenges.
Our experienced team works closely with clients to develop programmes that reflect local risks, operational requirements and cultural considerations. From initial planning through to project delivery, we provide complete end-to-end support, ensuring every aspect of the programme is delivered safely, professionally and efficiently.
Where appropriate, we deliver training in-country or welcome international delegates to our specialist training bases in Cumbria and Scotland, taking advantage of some of the UK's finest natural water rescue environments.
Building Flood Rescue Capability
Over the past twelve months, Water Rescue has supported flood rescue capability projects in both Pakistan and India, working with organisations to strengthen operational response, improve technical rescue skills and develop sustainable training capability.
These programmes demonstrate our ability to work internationally with diverse organisations, adapting our delivery to meet local operational needs while maintaining internationally recognised Rescue 3 standards and best practice.

Rescue 3 Accredited
Rescue 3 Europe Training Provider is the globally recognised standard for technical rescue and safety training in high-risk environments. It verifies that individuals and organisations have completed rigorous, standardised training in disciplines like swiftwater, flood, rope, and confined space rescue.
Delivering Large-Scale International Projects
Water Rescue has extensive experience managing complex international training programmes.
One major project for clients in the Gulf region involved delivering a complete training solution across three separate locations. We managed every aspect of the programme, including logistics, transport, accommodation, equipment, instructor deployment and course delivery.
To ensure the highest possible learning experience, all training materials were professionally translated, and experienced interpreters were integrated into the instructional team. Delegate welfare remained a priority throughout the project, including the provision of culturally appropriate catering and accommodation to ensure participants could focus entirely on their learning.
Our ability to coordinate every aspect of an international programme enables clients to work with a single experienced partner from initial planning through to successful delivery.
Arctic Water Safety and Ice Rescue
Water Rescue has developed extensive operational experience in Arctic environments and is qualified to deliver Rescue3 Ice Rescue programmes.
We regularly support major film and television productions in East Greenland, providing specialist water safety management in one of the world's most challenging environments. Working in remote Arctic conditions requires detailed planning, specialist equipment and highly experienced personnel capable of operating safely around glacial rivers, ice and freezing water.
These projects have allowed us to build strong relationships throughout the region while continuing to develop our expertise in cold-water operations, expedition support and remote rescue planning.
